How to Register: Participants are invited to register by either completing the online registration process below or downloading the Registration Form and then returning the completed form with your payments details to the Conference Managers.
To register online and pay via secure online form please proceed by pressing the Register On-line button below. MasterCard and Visa are the credit cards accepted at the conference. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to "MIE Software."
Alternatively, please print out a copy of the registration form (link below), complete and fax back to the Conference Managers on (02) 6650 9700.

One day only registration: Attendance at all day conference session for either Monday or Tuesday; all conference papers and delegate materials; catering (morning/afternoon tea and lunch) for one day only. Day rate does not include the Welcome Reception or the Conference Dinner,the Pre-Conference Workshops or Breakfast Sessions, but these can be purchased separately.
Concession (Student/Pensioner) Registration: Attendance at all conference sessions for Monday and Tuesday; all conference papers and delegate materials; catering (morning/afternoon tea and lunch) for both days and Welcome Reception. Concession rate does not include the Conference Dinner, the Pre-Conference Workshops or Breakfast Sessions, but these can be purchased separately.
'Early' Registration: 'Early' discount is available for registrations received prior to 5pm on Monday 15 September 2008. To be eligible for this rate, payment must be received within 14 days of the early registration cut-off date. If payment is not received within this time, regular rates will apply.
Payments: Payment is required to confirm registration, and is due at the time your completed registration form is received. Delegates who still have outstanding registration fees at the time of the conference will be required to complete a ‘Payment Guarantee Form’ which will require credit card details. If payment has not been received 30 days after the event, the nominated credit card will be charged for any outstanding fees. Please note that this is a strict condition of registration.

Tax Invoice and Receipts: Please note that once paid, the Registration Form is recognised by the Australian Tax Office as a compliant Tax Invoice. Once payment has been received, a delegate confirmation letter will be posted or emailed to the address given (please indicate your preference for email or posted confirmation on the registration form). All delegates who register via online registration will automatically be sent a tax invoice with their registration confirmation letter.
Billing Address: Please include Billing Address details on the registration if applicable. All payment related correspondence (i.e. invoices and receipts) will be sent to the Billing Address.
Refunds and Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing (via post, fax or email) to the Conference Managers. Registration fees will be refunded less a 25% cancellation fee prior to 5pm on Friday 15th August. After this date we regret that no refunds will be made, however substitute delegates will be accepted. Please note that cancellation fees will apply whether or not payment is received at the time of registration. By submitting the registration form, you are agreeing to these conditions. Please refer to the Accommodation Section for terms on accommodation refunds and cancellations.
Insurance: Delegate’s registration, accommodation and social function ticket fees do not include insurance of any kind. The organisers recommend taking out an insurance policy of your own choice with your local insurance or travel agent.
